项目执行过程组主要涉及如下知识点:
1.管理资源配置(manage resource allocation):管理并确保合适的资源和相关工具被分配到项目计划中安排的任务( Manage proactively the resource allocation by ensuring that appropriate esources and tools are assigned to the tasks according to
the project plan.)
2.执行活动( execute tasks):执行项目计划中定义的活动以实现项目目标(Execute the tasks defined in the project plan in order to achievetheproject goals.)
3.设定期望(ensure common understanding and set expectations):通过与干系人和团队成员的沟通,确保达成共识并设定期望(Ensure a common understanding and set expectations through communication to align the stakeholders and team members.)
4.改进团队绩效(improve team performance):通过增强团队凝聚力与领导力。加强团队指导、培训和激励来改进团队绩效,并促进团队合作。提高团队士气,以确保项目高效完成(Improve team performance by building team cohesiveness.leading, mentoring, training, and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation.ensure project efficiency and boost morale.)
5.实施质量管理计划(implement quality management plan):实施质量管理计划。确保工作符合质量标准要求(Implement a quality management plan to ensure that work is being performed according to required quality standards.)
6.执行批准的变更(implement approved changes):根据变更管理计划执行批 准的变更(lmplement approved changes according to the Change Management Plan.)
7.执行项目资源的采购(implement the procurement of project resources):基于项目采购计划,采购项目所需资源(Obtain project resources in accordance with a procurement plan.)
8.执行批准的行动和权变计划(implemem approved actions and Workarounds):为尽可能减少项目风险的影响而执行批准的行动和权变计划(Implement the approved actions and workarounds required to minimize the impact of project risks.)
