2021年全国医学博士英语考试大纲变化分享

2021年医学考博英语考试大纲继续采用《2020年全国医学博士外语统一考试新大纲和考试指南》，根据最新版的考试大纲，全国统考医学考博试卷分为两大部分：试卷分为试卷一（paper one）和试卷二（paper two）。试卷一包括听力（30%）、词语用法（10%）、完型填空（10%）和阅读理解（30%），答卷时间115分钟；试卷二包括书面表达（20%），答卷时间50分钟。整个试卷共五大部分，总分100分，答卷时间共165分钟，加上考场指令与试卷收发时间，总共考试时间180分钟。在本文小编将为大家解读新的大纲与以前的版本有何不同。

一、考试简介

1、考试目的

为了配合我国实施医学专业学位制定改革，保证医学博士生学位授予质量，特举行全国医学博士英语统一考试。考试目的在于科学、公正地测试考生掌握和运用英语的实际能力是否达到申请临床医学、口腔医学博士专业学位或攻读医学博士学位的英语水平。

2、考试时间：2020年3月14日上午

3、考试人群

①申请在职医学博士专业学位的考生，必须参加本考试；

②申请全日制医学博士研究生的考生，则依据招生单位的要求参加此项考试。一般全职考生，需提前与招生单位咨询，应该参加全国统一考试，还是参加招生单位的自主命题考试，或者其他的考核办法。

4、考试成绩

自2003年起，在职申请学位考生的考试合格分数线确定为300分（实际卷面分数后加权，具体公式和标准考试中心不对外公布）。

而参加医学博士研究生入学考试的考生，即全职考生，各招生单位实际录取分数线由招生单位自己确定。

即全日制考生面临的压力是：参考合格分数线和学校实际录取线。后者往往与招生单位的招生人数、当年报考的状况息息相关，将会面临分数的PK，压力可想而知。

二、考试设计

1、试卷结构

旧版试卷结构

新版试卷结构

考试各大题型设置没有变化（词汇部分老大纲里“多选”和新大纲“填空”是同一种题型）；各部分的题目数量、单位分值及总分维持不变（听力30题，每题1分;词汇20题，每题0.5分；完型10题，每题1分；阅读理解30题，每题1分；写作20分）；考试时间以及分值不变。因此试卷结构总体是没有变化的。

变化一：最大的变化就是短对话（short conversation）和长对话（long talk）结合

具体主要提现在以下几个方面：

①题目数量。老版短对话一个对话对应一个题；新版每个对话对应三个题。

②对话轮次。老版短对话中大多数为一问一答的简单形式；新版对话有3个以上的轮次。

③对话主题。老版短对话是直奔主题的医普或者日常生活等内容；新版对话具有多重逻辑，答案不再显而易见。

④知识点变化。老版短对话因为听力材料有限，多为细节题；新版对话对话多内容充足，多为大意题和细节题。

变化二：老版短文（passage）是2篇短文对应10个题，现在短文有5篇短文对应15个题(每个对话对应3个题)。

短文旨在测试考生对英语篇章的听力理解能力。要求考生能理解所听短文的中心思想和主要内容，并能根据所听到的内容进行逻辑推理、分析概括和归纳总结。

题型包括大意概括题（Questions for the general idea）、具体细节题(Questions for specific details)和判断推理题（Questionsfor inference）。每篇短文附有 3 个小题，每个小题附有 4 个选项，要求考生在听完每篇短文后，根据所听内容于 12 秒内从中选出 1 个最佳答案。短文及问题只读一遍。

短文长度变短，题目变少，对我们的速记、大脑记忆以及考试的精准度是好消息。

We commonly think that our health is affected by our age, gender,lifestyle and genetic factors that we inherit from our parents. 3、写作部分

三种题型：摘要、翻译、命题作文，新大纲对旧大纲写作要求进行了细化，以前一直选择的摘要作文来作为考题，新大纲里增加了命题作文。翻译比摘要写作难度更小，因为无需自己归纳总结，而命题作文与四六级和考研英语要求更加贴近了，同学们一定对命题作文里模板的力量不陌生。因此，写作部分三种题型中，摘要写作是难度较高。
