Fake Commodities
We inevitably encountered fake commodities in our life, from toothpaste, vinegar, clothes to bicycle and television set. Fake and poor-quality commodities bring about problems to consumers and enterprises.
Some factors contribute such a phenomenon. The major one is the desire of some people to make easy money. These people think nothing of the law of the protection of intellectual property rights. On the other hand, some consumers want to show their luxurious life through goods which they can not afford and they purchase fake famous-brand commodities, which encourage fake products. To reduce and get rid of fake and poor-quality commodities， on the one hand, it is the government’s responsibility to strengthen people’s awareness of intellectual property protection. Meanwhile, severe punishment should be adopted on those who are eager to get rich by producing fake goods.
从牙膏、醋、衣服到自行车和电视机，我们曾经在生活中不可避免地遇到过假冒商品。假冒伪劣商品给消费者和企业带来了不少问题。
造成这种现象的原因不一而足，其中最主要的一个原因是一些人想轻松赚钱。这些人对保护知识产权的法律不屑一顾。另一方面，一些消费者想通过他们买不起的商品来展示他们的奢侈生活，于是他们购买假冒名牌商品，他们的这种行为又鼓励了假冒产品。
为了减少和消除假冒伪劣商品，一方面，政府有责任加强人们的知识产权保护意识。同时，对那些急于通过生产假货来致富的人应该采取严厉的惩罚措施。
