If you are concerned about the calories count in your fruit, here are a few numbers. Tm not a fan of juicing fbr weight loss, so my preference is always to eat the whole fruit instead of its juiced counterpart. Whole fruit provide more fibre, usually takes longer to eat and is more likely to make you feel satisfied fbr a long period of time. For the sake of comparison, I've included the calories counts for a few other snacks foods you might be tempted to eat instead of the fruit.
