You bought an electronic dictionary from an online store last week, but you found it has some problems. Write an email to the customer service to complain about it. You should write about 100 words neatly.

Dear Customer Service Manager,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the electronic dictionary (Order No.20240520) I purchased from your website on May 20th.

Upon receiving it, I found the battery drains unusually fast and the touch screen is occasionally unresponsive. This product clearly fails to function as advertised. I request a full refund or a replacement with a fully functional one as stipulated in your warranty policy.

I have attached a copy of the purchase invoice and a video showing the malfunctions. I look forward to your prompt solution.
