新时代的长征路 Long March of the new era
President Xi , who is general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, has called on members of the CPC and officials to keep firmly in mind the Party's original aspiration, mission, nature and purpose, and progress along the Long March of the new era toward national rejuvenation.

2013年12月31日，在全国政协新年茶话会上，首次提到了“在改革开放新的长征路上，共同谱写实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的新篇章”。2016年9月23日，明确指明“新长征路”就是实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的路。针对如何走好新长征路这一课题，提出了6个“必须”：必须坚定共产主义远大理想和中国特色社会主义共同理想;必须坚定中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信;必须把人民放在心中较高位置，坚持一切为了人民、一切依靠人民;必须把握方向、统揽大局、统筹全局;必须建设同我国国际地位相称、同安全和发展利益相适应的巩固国防和强大军队;必须加强党的领导，坚持全面从严治党。

前进道路上，我们要大力弘扬伟大长征精神，激励和鼓舞全党全军全国各族人民特别是青年一代发愤图强、奋发有为，继续把革命前辈开创的伟大事业推向前进，在实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦新的长征路上续写新的篇章、创造新的辉煌!
We should energetically foster and promote the great Long March spirit, encourage all members of the Party, the army, the ethnic groups nationwide, especially the younger generation, to work with stamina and diligence, carry on the great causes initiated by the revolutionary forefathers and continue to write the chapters of the glories we worked along the path of new Long March towards the "Two Centenary Goals" and Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.
